Accessibility Statement

Effective date: February 28, 2026

1. Our Commitment

Solace is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience and applying the relevant accessibility standards to ensure we provide equal access to all users.

2. Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities. While we strive for full conformance, some areas may be partially conformant as we work toward complete compliance.

3. Accessibility Features

Keyboard navigation support throughout the application. Semantic HTML and ARIA attributes for screen reader compatibility. Respect for prefers-reduced-motion for users sensitive to animation. Sufficient colour contrast ratios for text readability. Focus indicators on interactive elements.

4. Known Limitations

AI-generated audio content does not currently include text transcripts. Some decorative animations may be present, though they respect prefers-reduced-motion settings. Third-party embedded content (payment forms via Stripe) may have their own accessibility limitations.

5. Feedback

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Solace. If you encounter accessibility barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us at hello@solace.you. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days.

6. European Accessibility Act

For users in the European Union, we are committed to compliance with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and applicable national implementing legislation.

7. Assessment & Review

This statement was last reviewed on February 28, 2026. We assess the accessibility of Solace through a combination of automated testing tools and manual review.
